These are the parking brake shoes for the smaller rear disc brakes that were found on Land Cruiser 80 series imported from overseas. These brake shoes do not fit North American market vehicles with rear drum brakes.

The later 80 series use a larger brake shoe in the rear disc brake drum. See part number:
